Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8431       A Yew tree approximately 10m in height, situated close to the house in the rear garden.  There is growth encroaching on the building and is a little out of shape.

Tree ID 8432       A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated midway down the front garden in the lawn.  The tree requires re-shaping.

Tree ID 8433       A Bay tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the front garden on the boundary with Crescent Wood Road.

Tree ID 8436       A Pedunculate Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the front garden on the boundary with No 18 Crescent Wood Road.  There is growth encroaching towards No 18.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID  8431      Trim growth against building, reducing back by up to 0.75m and trimming elsewhere to improve shape by reducing by a maximum of 1m

Tree ID 8432       Small reduction in overall height by up to 1m, trimming elsewhere to retain a natural shape.

Tree ID 8433       The height to be reduced by up to 2m and remaining growth trimmed to produce a natural form. Low growth to be raised to an even 2m above ground level

Tree ID 8436       Growth towards building to be pruned to give a minimum of 1.5m clearance including the roof and chimney
