Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A row of Cypress trees approximately 15m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little tall.

T2.          An Indian Bean tree approximately 9m in height, situated in a central location to the front of the Cypress trees (T1) above.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T3.          A Weeping Ash tree approximately 12m in height, situated in a central location to the front of the Indian Bean tree (T2) above.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by up to 30% and the side growth trimmed back to a vertical line by as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.

T2.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches encroaching towards the garden and to the sides.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          Remove.  The Freeholder wishes to retain the tree for the time being and the tree is to be made safe by pruning back branches which are liable to fall.
