Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening to bike store is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity, details of which are to be agreed with the owner of No. 75 Dovercourt Road.

Condition 2: Digital samples of the hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
