Species and Location of Tree

A Cypress tree approximately 10m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by up to 3m and round off to form a more compact and smaller specimen.
