Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Lime tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary immediately to the rear of              the office.  The tree is a little low growing.

T2.       A False Acacia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear                        garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T3.       A line of Ash trees approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary.  The trees are a                  little dense.

T4.       A Crack Willow tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary.  The tree is a                    little dense and leaning away from the garden.

T5.       Four Ash trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the extended rear                  garden.  The trees are a little dense and low growing.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary lifting of low branches.  The height and              basic shape should be retained.

T2.       Lightly thin and branches overhanging the garden to be trimmed back.

T3.       Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, low branches encroaching over the garden are to be                trimmed back.

T4.       Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of branches encroaching                  over the Dulwich College playing fields to the right to help redress the balance of the tree.

T5.       Low growth to be lifted to provide a window of light under the canopies.
