Species and Location of Trees

Three Silver Birch trees approximately 5m in height, situated in a line along the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Lightly thin and branches encroaching over the gardens of nos 67 and 69 Calton Avenue be trimmed back to growth points where necessary.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
