Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Yew tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a poor specimen completely covered in a dense Climber.

T2.          A Pine tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in a central location of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited in relation to the new landscape layout.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

The planting proposals include a number of new trees one of which should be a Pine tree and the following specie is recommended:

Pinus sylvestris                 (Scots Pine)

The new Pine tree should be planted during the current planting season to the end of March 2022 with a stem girth of between 16-18cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
