Species and Location of Tree

A Maple tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood.  The height may be reduced by pruning at previous growth points.
