Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Crab Apple tree approximately 6m in height, situated relatively close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and out of shape.

T2.       A Holly tree approximately 7.5m in height and an Elder tree approximately 6m in height, situated together on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden and close to the house.  The trees are a little tall and out of shape.

T3.       A triple-stemmed Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to Alleyn Park.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

T4.       A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Park on the opposite side of the entrance to (T3) above.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Reduce in height by up to 2m and re-shape as necessary.

T2.       Reduce in height by up to 2m and re-shape to provide a more compact shape, including the removal of dead wood.

T3.       Long lateral branches encroaching across the driveway towards a Cherry Tree (T4) be shortened by up to 20% by pruning at previous growth points, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.       Long lateral branches encroaching across the driveway towards the Oak tree (T3) be shortened by up to 20% by pruning at previous growth points including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
