Species and Location of Tree

A Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height, situated in a raised bed in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:

Robinia pseudoacacia     (False Acacia)

Paulownia tomentosa    (Foxglove tree)

Aesculus x carnea             (Pink Chestnut)

The tree should be planted in the Autumn with a stem girth of between 18-20cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 4m.
