Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of Trees ID:8534 & 8535 above, three replacement trees are to be planted in a suitable and convenient location within the woodland area. The following three species are suggested for consideration:
Pinus sylvestris (Scots Pine)
Acer campestre (Field Maple)
Sorbus aucuparia (Rowan)
The replacement trees are to be planted during the October 2026 to March 2027 planting season, with a stem girth of 10–12 cm measured at 1 m above ground level and a minimum overall height of 2.5 m. The new trees should be securely supported with a suitable stake and tie to prevent wind-rock while the root system becomes established. Regular watering will be required during the first two growing seasons, particularly from April to September. Ideally, a 75-litre tree watering bag should be used to ensure adequate and consistent watering. If the replacement tree dies or becomes seriously diseased within five years of planting, it must be replaced with a new tree of the same specification.
