A Silver Birch tree approximately 18m in height, situated within 3m of the rear elevation of the property.  The tree is too close to the property.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
