Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Purple Plum tree, twin-stemmed from the base, and approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:

 

         Sorbus aucuparia                      (Rowan)

         Crataegus ‘ Paul’s Scarlet’        (Crimson May tree)

         Prunus Autumnalis                   (Winter flowering Cherry)
