Proposal:
1. Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the front boundary bordering College Road.
T2. Five semi-mature Silver Birch trees approximately 6m in height, situated in a line across the bottom boundary of the rear garden, although the tree on the right-side is becoming overcrowded.
2. Description of Approved Works
T1. Reduce the whole crown by 1.5m to try and invigorate new growth, together with the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping, the basic shape should be retained.
T2. Remove one tree on right-side.
3. Details of Replacement Required
None
