A False Acacia tree approximately 15m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.   The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there is a mature Cedar tree in close proximity.
