Species and Location of Tree

A False Acacia tree approximately 9m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited where a new patio area is to be built.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out. 

Details of Replacement Required

Various new trees will be planted during the re-landscaping of the garden.
