Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.    A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of           the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

T2.    A Japanese Maple tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary         of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T3.    An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the             rear garden.

T4.    A self-sown Elder sapling approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary near the bottom            of the rear garden.

T5.    A twin-stemmed Crack Willow tree approximately 22m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom                boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

 T1.   Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape            should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round                reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.    Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T3.    Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape            should be retained.

T4.    Remove and the stump poisoned.

T5.    Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and water shoots.  The height and basic shape should be         retained.
