An Ash tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the Church grounds close to the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden of no.159 Court Lane.

Description of Approved Works

Remove one low branch encroaching over the garden by severing at a convenient growth point, no other works is necessary at the present time.
