A twin-stemmed Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the front garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and the side growth reduced proportionally to form a more rounded specimen
