Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Magnolia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated near the front right-hand corner of the building.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A Yew tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the front left-hand corner of the building.

T3.          A Horse Chestnut tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the front left-hand corner of the side adjacent to Half Moon Lane.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T4.          Three Ash trees approximately 12m in height, and a Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated along the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden towards the bottom left corner.

T5.          Four Cypress trees approximately 20m in height, situated near the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 10% including the lifting of low branches and trimming back from the building.

T2.          Reduce all round by 300mm and clip to a formal shape.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and epicormic growth, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.          No work to be carried out at the present time, apart from the removal of dead wood.

T5.          Removal of dead wood in the crown.
