Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         Two Castlewellan Cypress trees approximately 3m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Park.

T2.         A Holly tree approximately 3.50m in height, situated on the front boundary.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Reduce in height by up to 1m and the sides clipped back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.

T2.         Lightly thin by up to 15% and re-shape as necessary.
