Description of Approved Works
Tree ID 8053 Remove the end section of the leaning stem to reduce leverage at the base.
Tree ID 8054-8059 Re-pollard the 3 living trees to approximately 3m. Remove the 3 dead/leaning specimens.
Tree ID 8064 Dead wood to be removed.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of the above, Tree ID 8054-8059 three replacement trees should be planted in a similar location of the rear garden, and it was agreed that 3Lime trees would be planted for continuity.
Planting size: 10-12cm main stem at 1.5m in height in the autumn/winter 2026/2027.
To ensure the new trees thrive, they must be supported with a suitable stake to prevent "wind-rock" while the roots establish. The trees will require regular watering during the first two growing seasons, specifically from April to September. Please note that if the tree dies or becomes diseased within five years of planting, it must be replaced with a new specimen of the same specification.
