Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Yew tree approximately 6m in height situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.  The tree is a little too tall and wide spreading.

T2.          A Horse Chestnut tree approximately 18m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is very dense.

T3.          A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T4.          A Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height is situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and tall.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by 50% and the side growth clipped back proportionally including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T2.          Reduce in height by approximately 5m and the remaining crown thinned by 30% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of all dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T4.          Reduce in height by up to 30% and crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
