Species and Location of Trees

 T1.       A Fig tree approximately 3m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear               garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

 T2.       A deciduous Magnolia tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear                  garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

 T3.       Three Silver Birch trees approximately 5m in height, situated close to the bottom boundary of the rear                        garden.  The trees are a little tall and out of shape.

 T4.       A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.                The tree is a little dense.

 T5.       An Elder tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The               tree is dead.

 T6.       A Prunus tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the              rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

 Description of Approved Works

 T1.       Reduce in height and thin by 20%, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The basic                shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
