Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Purple Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the front driveway off Dulwich Common.  The tree is very dense and arching over the drive.

Description of Approved Works

Remove one low branch overhanging the drive together with snag end branches and any dead wood.  The crown of the overhang should be thinned by up to 25%, also selected branches should be shortened to growth points where necessary in order to help redress the balance.  Low branches should be lifted by pruning at convenient growth points.  The height and basic shape is to be retained.
