Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Cherry tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is now dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:

Crategus prunifolia          (Cockspur Thorn)

Cersis Siliquastrum          (Judas Tree)

Sorbus aucuparia              (Rowan)

The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3.5m.
