Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8235       An Olive tree approximately 5m in height, situated near the house in the rear garden.  A small of trimming is required.

Tree ID 8237       A Yew tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the front garden on the southern boundary with No 16.  The tree is becoming a little large and spreading.

Tree ID 8238       A Honey Locust tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the pavement boundary of the front garden.  The tree is too low over the pavement.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8235       Gently trim all over to improve shape (especially top growth).

Tree ID 8237       Trim crown all over reducing by up to a maximum of 0.5m and ensuring a natural final shape.

Tree ID 8238       Trim lower growth to give 2.5m clearance over pavement.
