A Lime tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the right-hand corner of the small rear garden, in close proximity to the house.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there are two other trees in the rear garden including a mature Ash tree.
