Specie and Location of Tree

A Lawsons Cypress tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the front garden towards the left-hand side.  The tree is too close to the house.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump either ground out or poisoned.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there are other trees situated on the front boundary.
