Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         Two Cypress trees approximately 6.5m in height, situated adjacent to the corner of the conservatory on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are sited far too close to the building.

T2.         Cypress hedge along the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden closest to the house.

T3.         A Cypress tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary near the bottom corner of the rear garden.  The tree is poorly shaped.

T4.         A Thuya tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary, just to the right of the greenhouse and near the left-hand corner of the rear garden

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the stumps ground out.

T2.         Reduce in height from 6.5m to approximately 4m in order to marry in with the existing hedge height of 4m along the bottom section.

T3.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T4.         Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and the side growth reduced proportionally whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.
