Species and Location of Tree

A Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Burbage Road.  The tree is too tall and wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by 1m and the spread clipped back by a similar amount to provide a more compact and formal shape.
