Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A multi-stemmed Wild Plum tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is too large for its location.

T2.          A multi-stemmed Bay tree approximately 10m in height, situated midway down the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is far too large for its location and detracting from a more important Silver Birch tree.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, two replacement trees are to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the four alternative species for consideration:

Acer griseum                                      (Paperbark Maple)

Albizzia julibrissin                             (Silk tree)

Koelreuteria paniculate                 (Pride of India)

Gleditsia triacanthos ‘Sunburst’ (Yellow Honey Locust)
