Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Cypress hedge approximately 9m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The hedge is very tall and wide spreading.

T2.          A Yew tree approximately 10m in height is situated on the right-hand side boundary at the bottom of the rear garden, it appears to be in good health and condition with high amenity value, although a little low growing.

T3.          A Yew tree (similar to T2) above, situated to the rear.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by up to 3m and the side growth trimmed back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.

T2.          Low growing branches to be removed by severing at the main trunk up to approximately 3.5m above ground level including the removal of dead wood, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
