Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Pine tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the front left-hand corner adjacent to Frank Dixon Way.  The tree is a little low growing and wide spreading.

T2.          A Strawberry tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary close to the rear corner of the house.  The tree is a little dense and wide.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Selected long lateral branches to be shortened by up to 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary lifting of low branches.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points.

T2.          Lightly thin and trim back from the side path.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
