Species and Location of Trees

Two Cypress trees situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

One of the Cypress trees may be removed with the stump being ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location possibly on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Fagus sylvatica (Beech)
Liriodendron tulipifera (Tulip tree)
Aesculus x carnea (Pink Chestnut)

The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 18-20cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m. The tree should be planted during the November 2021 and March 2022 planting season.
