Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T2.          An Ash tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

T3.          A Lime tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Croxted Road.  The tree is very dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of a significant amount of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points

T2.          Re-pollard at previous pruning points together with the removal of all dead wood.  Selected stems may be removed altogether by pruning at convenient growth points in order to create a more open canopy

T3.          Re-pollard at previous pruning points including the removal of dead wood.  Selected branches may be removed altogether by pruning at convenient growth points in order to provide a more open canopy.
