Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

An Oak tree approximately 9m in height is situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is poorly shaped and sited far too close to the properties.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Crataegus prunifolia       (Cockspur Thorn)

Betula jacquemontii       (Silver Birch)

Aesculua x carnea          ( Pink Chestnut)

The tree should be planted in Autumn 2020 with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
