Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the front boundary to the left of the entrance.  The tree is a little dense.

T2.          A Holm Oak tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the front boundary close to (T1) above.

T3.          A Holly tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T4.               An Amelanchier tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the front entrance of the house.  The tree is a little dense.

T5.          A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the front left-hand corner of the house.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, epicormic growth and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.          Round off by clipping to a more formal shape.

T3.          Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and the side shortened proportionally to a more compact specimen.

T4.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T5.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
