• Loft conversion with roof extension raising outrigger roof and rear second floor window to match neighbours, and new roof lights;
• Replace all roof tiles to match.

Condition 1: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 2: Digital samples of the brick, slate and roof tile are required to be submitted
for approval prior to commencement.
