Specie and Location of Tree

An Ash tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is in poor condition.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there are other mature trees in the garden.
