Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A group of Cypress trees approximately 9m to 11m in height, situated towards the bottom of the rear garden. The trees are a little tall and wide spreading.

T2.          A line of Lime trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated along the right-hand side boundary with South Croxted Road.

T3.          Three Cypress trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are too close to the property.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by up to 2.5m and the side growth trimmed back proportionally.

T2.          Trim back from the road together with low branches lifted as necessary.

T3.          Remove and the stumps ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, three replacement trees are to be planted in convenient locations including a Lime tree to be located on the right-hands side boundary where a gap will exist when the trees are removed and below is the agreed specie:

Tilia x euchlora                  (Lime (non-drip))

The new trees should be planted in the Autumn 2021 with a stem girth of between 12-14cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2.5m.
