A Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary at the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
