Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little low growing.

T2.          A Beech tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is a little low growing.

T3.          A Holly tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Low branches to be lifted to 6m above ground level to allow more light under the canopy, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points.

T2.          Removal of up to five small branches by severing at the main trunk, no other work is necessary at the current time.

T3.          Reduce in height by up to 50% and re-shape as a more compact specimen
