• Installation of integrated solar photovoltaic panels;

• Replacement front door and side access gate;

• Replacement rainwater goods, fascias and soffits;

• Installation of an external air-conditioning unit and battery storage;

• Hardstanding to the rear garden;

• Erection of a new rear garden shed;

• Replacement boundary fencing to match the existing, with associated external lighting; all fencing to retain the existing height of 1.8 metres.
