• New hay loft doors at first floor level with glass balustrade to internal reveal;

• Replacement roof light;

• Replacement rainwater goods;

• Security lights and EV car charger.

Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: There must be no changes to the front elevation to the main house (Oakfield House) and the Coach House.

Condition 2: Digital samples of the hardstanding materials and cladding to the bin and bike stores are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
