Who to contact in an emergency

We operate a 24-hour service for emergency repairs if your home or communal areas are damaged by events such as fire, flooding, falling trees, storms or power failure.

During office hours, you should contact reception on 020 8299 1000.

Out of office hours and in cases of emergency only call 07836 200959

On receiving a call our building surveyor will decide if an emergency maintenance contractor is required.

Abandoned vehicles, fallen trees on local authority roads, noise issues and waste services are all the responsibility of the local authority. The Estate is covered by three different local authorities.
