• Replacement windows and doors;
• Replacement rear external steps and rear terrace.

Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: The balustrade to the new steps must match existing balustrade.
Condition 2: The garage door is to be white to match others in the group. Window and door frames are to be white.
Condition 3: Privacy to neighbours must not be affected and green boundary screening either side of the new terrace is to be maintained/enhanced if necessary.
