Proposal:

  • Change of material to low level plinth on north elevation
  • New and relocated windows along the eastern external wall
  • Increase in depth to east elevation dormer window
  • Increase in width to west elevation dormer window
  • Decrease in size of first floor window south elevation
  • Additional skylight to roof on east elevation
  • Change of material below ground floor windows on south elevation
  • Reduction in size of the plant and bike enclosure to allow for a new window

Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: The roof fascias and under eaves soffit cladding is to be white to match the original design. Digital photographs of actual samples of facing brickwork, zinc cladding to dormers, roof soffits and fascias, roof slates and windows are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 2: The hard landscaping is to be designed not to add rainwater into the mains drains.
Condition 3: The air source heat pump must comply with Building Regulations and the applicable British Standard, the installation should not generate sound levels that cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties.
Condition 4: Adherence to the Tree Protection measures within the Arboricultural Method Statement Sections 3.0 (Measures to be adopted to protect trees). General site care (trees) under 5.5 and Appendix 2.
Replacement tree for removal of an unnumbered ornamental Cherry tree as detailed in proposed planting design (ref: 348-1.105-c Planting Plan Proposed.pdf).
Condition 5: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be retained to protect neighbours’
amenity.
