Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 2: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the dormer metal cladding are required for approval. Very dark grey or black is not permitted, and the Anthra-Zinc is considered too dark. Zinc Pigmento Grey or Pigmento Storm Grey is recommended with windows to match or painted white.
