Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the proposed brick, wall and roof materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 4: The air source heat pump must comply with Building Regulations and the applicable British Standard and the installation should not generate sound levels that cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties. It must be positioned below fence height.
